Edited by: Reverend Necrona on 06/01/2005 23:40:46 w00t made this one. Huge fight, loads of enemies.
When we jumped in we were met with a split fleet on either side of the gate, a rather daunting sight. The Supremacy/VOTF/Rona-Kia fleet was compiled of about 54 or so battleships. We had 91 in gang when we jumped in. Screen took about 2 or so minutes to load, possibly a bit longer. Once loaded the fight was sluggish, but just about playable, JUST (CCP need to sort this out, you prolly know this but i'm just reiterating it to annoy :-P).
The JQA fleet had a large ammount of support ships androughly 60 battleships, probably more but i dont wanna get anyone annoyed. The swarm of enemy support ships began to lock down ours. We immediatley destroyed the warp bubble and then began to goto work on their fleet.
It's at this point the JQA support ships began to suffer huge losses. With interceptors and frigates dropping like flies amongst our battleships. The central fleet (us) was taking huge a pounding on either side. But it refused to budge.
I had to leave after about 30 minutes into the fight, but i am told we held the ground, i'm not sure on losses or kills as i wanst around for the end. Good Game JQA, your vigilance is admirable.
No smack in local as well. :)

Originally by: Walking Contradiction So what's all this complaining from SPURM members? Don't you WANT more enemies or are you afraid you might face more opponents then you can handle?
I think it's more so XETIC acting how they please. Thinking their above us in some way and able to dictate the tide. We can go smash immensia for a few weeks if they carry on this parade.
But thats not the answer you were looking for so ok here it goes:
Ye xetic are big and mean and we really hope they dont follow us to kick our butts...
Although that would demand them to come out of empire. So that wouldn't work either, damn i'm having a real tough time trying to satisfy you. Oh well

Originally by: MatrixVotf From this day forward I decree we will be known as "The Hoard".
I think you mean "The Horde", as in 'Genghis and the Horde go to Rome'*
Of course, "The Hoard" could work too....like a squirrel's hoard of wild nuts
*note: nice show, but all the sequels were just cheap copies; "Visigoths go to Rome", "Hannibal goes to Rome", and finally the worst of the lot, "Baywatch goes to Rome" *shudder*
